Objectives of the project:
Creating a multicultural atmosphere in the school. Promoting the value of inclusiveness, diversity and tolerance, social and emotional learning. Modernization and innovation in the teaching process.

Ciljevi projekta: 
Stvaranje multikulturalnog ozračja u školi. Promicanje vrijednosti uključivosti, raznolikosti i tolerancije, socijalnog i emocionalnog učenja. Modernizacija i inovativnost u nastavnom procesu.

Four participants will take part in four educations and workshops in the field of integration of refugee children into the educational system.Ten teachers will visit three schools that have been successfully integrating refugee children for a long time. The schools are located in Turkey, Spain and Sweden.During the 5-day visit to the host schools, we will follow their work throughoutof the day, take notes and record the ways in which they include refugee children in their daily work. We will see what challenges fellow teachers in the hosting schools face and what instruments they use to successfully respond to these challenges.We will monitor what forms of psycho-social support students and teachers have. We will adopt new forms of teaching, monitor and learn how to create digital tools, teaching aids and aids and a primer for teaching refugee students.We will consult on how to successfully prepare students and parents for the reception of refugee children. We will follow the work on extracurricular activities and workshops that they use with the aim of more successful integration of refugee children.

Četiri sudionika sudjelovat će na četiri edukacije i radionice iz područja integracije djece izbjeglica u odgojno-obrazovni sustav.

Deset učitelja posjetit će tri škole koje već duže vrijeme uspješno provode integraciju djece izbjeglica. Škole se nalaze uTurskoj, Španjolskoj i Švedskoj.

Tijekom posjeta u škole domaćina kroz 5 dana pratit ćemo njihov rad tijekom cijeloga

dana, voditi bilješke i evidentirati načine na koji uključuju djecu izbjeglice u svakodnevni rad. Vidjet ćemo s kojim se izazovima susreću kolege učitelji u hosting školama i kojim instrumentima uspješno odgovaraju na te izazove.

Pratit ćemo koje oblike psiho- socijalne podrške imaju učenici i učitelji. Usvajat ćemo nove oblike poučavanja, pratiti i učiti kako izraditi digitalne alate, nastavna sredstava i pomagala i početnicu za poučavanje učenika izbjeglica.

Konzultirat ćemo se kako što uspješnije pripremiti učenike i roditelje za prihvat djece izbjeglica. Pratit ćemo rad na izvannastavnim aktivnostima i radionicama koje koriste s ciljem uspješnije integracije djece izbjeglica.
